Individual therapy allows you to work one-on-one with me in a confidential and caring environment. I will focus on your personal needs, addressing your concerns and helping you identify the areas of your life you would like to change. You and I will then work together to develop a plan to accomplish your goals and set forth on your journey toward improved mental health.
